Urban’s “Cahuenga Project” (which was formerly the Whitely Hotel) beautifully rehabilitated 110-unit historic hotel located adjacent to the Whitley Heights Historic District in the heart of Old Hollywood. The rehabilitation of the $10.5 million building (first constructed in 1925) retained its historic character while contributing to the vibrancy of the neighborhood. Cahuenga, with 42,000 rentable square feet and 110 Bachelor, Studio and 1BR units over retail and parking, is near the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood & Vine, and the famous Kodak Theatre.
